This Privacy Policy explains how PT Noxy Digital Solution ("Notizy", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use notizy.id and the Notizy platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and profile data from Google or GitHub if you sign in with them.
  • Workspace data: organization name, team members, and settings you configure.
  • WhatsApp data: WhatsApp Business account and phone number details, message content, media, contacts, and templates processed through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • Billing data: plan, invoices, and transaction status. Card and payment details are handled by our payment processors (e.g. Midtrans, PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to improve the Service.
  • Inquiries: information you submit via our contact or consultation forms.

2. How We Use Data

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To send and receive WhatsApp messages and run AI features (such as Smart Reply and Agentic AI) on your behalf.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send transactional emails such as verification, security, and billing notices.
  • To provide support and respond to inquiries.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Your Customers' Data

For messages and contacts of your end customers, you are the data controller and Notizy acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your customers and for complying with the WhatsApp Business Policy.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

  • Meta Platforms, to deliver WhatsApp messages.
  • AI providers, to generate AI responses for features you enable.
  • Payment processors, to process payments.
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, email), under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Contact us at the email below to make a request.
